Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your gear arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item — we’re on it. Just send us an email within 7 days of delivery, along with:

- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- A few clear photos

Once we review your request, we’ll get a replacement or refund sorted quickly — no hassle, no stress.

What About Exchanges or Size Issues?

Because all PB Haus items are made-to-order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. But we want you to love your gear, so:

Final Sale Items

All items are final sale, including:

- Discounted or sale items
