Where we ship

  • We currently ship within the United States.

Production & transit times

  • Many items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production.
  • Typical U.S. transit time is 3–4 business days. Most orders arrive within 6–12 business days of purchase.
  • Timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier constraints.

Rates

  • Any shipping charge appears at checkout. Some items ship free; see product pages.

Tracking & notifications

  • You’ll receive tracking via email when your order ships.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office, then contact us promptly.

Address accuracy

  • Please verify the shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors (we’ll help with carrier intercepts where possible).

Carrier delays / force majeure

  • We’re not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control, but we’ll advocate with the carrier on your behalf.

Lost or undelivered shipments

  • If your package hasn’t arrived by the expected date, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.
